We have a new look and are very excited to announce the upcoming launch of our new SecurePay website.
The website has been designed with our customers in mind. We hope you like it!
Why have we made this change? We received some feedback from you, our customers, that our existing website can be difficult to navigate and the language is a little too technical. The new website has been designed so it’s easier to navigate and uses customer friendly language.
SecurePay recently went through a rebrand, our logo, colour palette and imagery has been updated. Our new website has been designed with the updated branding. You may have already noticed our new logo, you should be able to see it at the top of this email.
How does this impact you? Although the new website is visually different, you will not be impacted. There have been no changes to the Merchant Portal, it can still be accessed via the ‘Login’ link in the header of the website. In addition, we have not made any changes to our gateway that processes your payments.
