Today between 13:30 & 14:34, a small number of merchants received a connectivity error and were unable to process transactions via 3D Secure.

This incident affected: Payment Processing - API (XML API, Java API), Payment Processing - Web (SecureFrame, DirectPost, SecureBill), and Merchant Portal.
