SecurePay Customer Test Environment and Test Merchant Login

What is being changed:
As part of maintaining PCI compliance and to uplift security of our Customer Test applications and websites, some older version TLS ciphers that are now considered ‘weak’ will be disabled.

Specific changes:
We will be removing support for 3DES and DHE ciphers on the following URLs:
• test.securepay.com.au
• test.www.securepay.com.au
• test.login.securepay.com.au

AES 128 and AES 256 will remain as the supported cipher versions.
This change only affects Customer Test services. No live transaction processing is affected.

Potential issues some merchants may see with this solution:
Any merchant connecting to these Customer Test URLs, who is still using the unsupported cipher version will experience connection failures after the change.

What do merchants need to do now:
Merchants should validate that they are using the AES 128 and AES 256 cipher versions.

Where to get help:
If you need more help with the testing or to discuss this change please call our support team on 1300 786 756 (option 2) or email support@securepay.com.au.

What to expect while this maintenance is occuring:
This is no planned service outage or disruption during this maintenance.

Live transaction services will also not be affected.
