Update
This morning (10 October), Australia Post was made aware of issues delaying merchant settlements from our online SecurePay platform. This meant from last Friday, October 4, some merchants did not receive settlements.
This morning we have resolved the issue, and all outstanding files will be processed by 11am. Merchants will start receiving their settlements over the next 24 hours. We apologise for this inconvenience.

SOP merchants may not have received their settlement from 7th of October. SecurePay are working with Australia Post to rectify the issue. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

This incident affected: Payment Processing - API (XML API, Java API), Payment Processing - Web (SecureFrame, DirectPost, SecureBill), Payment processing - IVR, Payment processing - Batch, and Merchant Portal.
