Scheduled
On Wednesday 29th May 2019 between 12:00am – 06:00am, SecurePay will undertake additional activities to migrate our services to an alternate data centre. This will place SecurePay in a great position for growth as we invest in our technology that underpin the services we provide to our customers.

The benefits to our customers will be:

• An increase in service availability
• A reduction in service downtime
• A frictionless customer experience

We do not anticipate any interruption to services if you use DNS based whitelisting.

What if I do not use DNS based whitelisting? Will I need to make any changes?
Yes. If you do not use DNS based whitelisting, and do not change the current IP address ranges, then transactional processing will stop.

To ensure a frictionless customer experience, please engage with your technical support team to ensure that the below ranges have been added to the IP address whitelisting by the 29th of May;

203.22.215.0/24
202.43.85.0/24

If you have any further enquiries, please feel free to contact our Customer Experience Team on 1300 786 756 (Option 2), 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
