Scheduled
What is being changed:
SecurePay is updating a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate for our Live domains, on Wednesday the 18th of October. The current certificate will soon expire and needs to be updated to allow merchants to continue connecting to SecurePay.

Specific changes:
This new SSL certificate will be applied to the following domains:
www.securepay.com.au
api.securepay.com.au
payment.securepay.com.au
login.securepay.com.au

Potential issues some merchants may see with this solution:
As a result of these changes there is a risk that after Wednesday the 18th of October, merchants using stored copies of the expiring SSL certificate will be unable to establish a secure connection to the above URL’s.

What do merchants need to do:
Affected merchants are advised to replace the expiring certificate, by importing the new certificate presented on the above URL’s. If possible merchants should import the new SSL certificate into their production trusted key store to avoid service disruption when the new certificate is launched.

More information can be found in the SecurePay integration guides which are found here - https://www.securepay.com.au/developers/developer-resources/

We strongly advise merchants to process a transaction on our test environment after the 12/10/17 using the updated certificate to ensure there will not be a conflict.

Where to get help:
If you need more help with the testing or to discuss this change please call our support team on 1300 786 756 (option 2) or email support@securepay.com.au.
